Resource Management Specialist

Role Summary:
The Services Mgr - Resource Mgnt will be responsible operating a shop assembling, repairing and servicing Pumping Units for local customers in oil and gas industry. The role will also encompass repair and maintenance of Pumping unit on the customer site. You will follow customer and area work plans, meet day to day short-term objectives, and have the ability to resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning. You will be involved in long term strategic decision for area.
Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics. Interface with the customer service managers on issues escalation. Develop long range forecast for region resource needs. Develop and execute short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training. Develops a year plan for its own department. Is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working. Contributes to plan of larger unit. Communicates across direct organization. Diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.
In the role of Services Manager - Resource Management, you will:
? Coordinate and provide leadership to site in the attainment of goals with respect to safety first, quality, cost, production and compliance
? Look for and capture new opportunities to grow revenue and contain costs for the business; Develop and implement growth plans for the teams addressing volume, productivity and income
? Promote employee learning and training. Encourage growth in product and application knowledge
? Ensure that all employees follow required processes and procedures to ensure we provide a quality product and first class service to our customers.
? Manage shop activity (inventory, ordering, assembly/disassembly etc.)
? Manage local customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
? Manage all shop administrative requirements and ensure data integrity and that all activity data is entered in to the relevant systems on time
? Ensure shop is meeting financial KPIs, such as monthly revenue, invoicing/collections etc.
? Provide ongoing support in scheduling resources, technical leadership and facilitating the flow of hardware to meet customer requirements
? Support process improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time, improve inventory turns and reduce manufacturing losses
? Practice sound human relations and communications skills in order to motivate the assigned work force
? Identify and source needed parts and daily support of repairs, both in shop and on site
? Implement quality initiatives within the Service Center
? Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma / GED with a minimum 9 years of Beam Pumping Systems experience)
? Minimum 5 years of Beam Pumping Systems experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
