This position is responsible for fabricating all special types of projects and standard HOLT built products such as water wagons, plows, rakes and other developmental stage products. Some mechanical background is required for the assembly of the product line.
This position requires a self motivated, thoughtful individual with a high energy level who is able to work alone or with others in a shop environment.
Additional Requirements:
Must be capable of performing complex welding repairs correctly
Must be able to get along well with customers and other employees
2-5 years experience in welding (Mig, stick--vertical, overhead, horizontal), cutting (hand held torch, cut-a-line, plasma, air arc), reading blue prints, fabrication of large and small products required
Overtime is required at time of need
