7K a year The Service Advisor is responsible for determining customer service requirements for machine repairs, ensuring all issues are handled expeditiously and correctly.
Applicant should have outstanding organizational and communication skills and be capable of delivering a high level of customer service.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assists customers by properly identifying service needs.
Documents complaints and issues to allow for proper repair diagnosing.
Stays in constant communication with customer in regards to quote, scheduling, status and completion or repairs.
Opens and closes work orders, properly coding repairs.
Studies and stays current on new product bulletins and catalogs.
Presents, with strong knowledge, the features and benefits to servicing equipment as suggested by manufacturer.
Takes care of warranty concerns.
Conducts self in a professional and respectful manner at all times with co-workers and customers Attends company functions and meetings, visiting with customers and performing other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner Desired Skills and
Experience:
High school diploma or GED A minimum of three years working experience in a related field Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer skills required, including all Microsoft Office applications Background check and pre-employment drug testing required Personal appearance must be neat and clean The environment is mainly inside, sometimes inventories will be taken outside Certain positions require a valid driver's license and ability to meet requirements of the Company Driver Policy; the Company will review motor vehicle records annually for all employees for whom driving a motor vehicle is an essential job function or when employees must obtain and drive rental vehicles during the course of conducting company business Job Type:
