Director of Nursing
My client, one of the most progressive organizations in Texas, is seeking a Director of Nursing for one of their long term care skilled nursing facilities in the Kilgore, Texas area. Candidates must have at least four years of SNF experience, two years with supervisory experience, and a passion for resident care. We are looking for someone who can elevate the knowledge base and skills of the nurses and caregivers. The ideal candidate will be thoroughly up to speed on regulatory compliance, understand survey readiness, and help foster a positive environment in the facility. We are looking for someone with very strong clinical and leadership skills, and RN is a must.
